A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. It is born on the southern coast of Tuscany, in Pereta, just twenty minutes from the sea. Two vineyards, four parcels, two complementary soil types. The historic core of the estate consists of three parcels known as “Saffredi”, characterized by sandy soils low in organic matter. After meticulous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, Saffredi matures for 18 months in French oak barriques and refines for up to 6 months in bottle before release.
