Ferraton Cornas Lieu-Dit Patou 2020 750ml

Lieu-dit Patou is located in the south of the Cornas appellation on a very steep hillside. The vineyard faces south and has decomposed granite soil.

Destemmed harvest, vinified in concrete vats for around 4 weeks (depending on the vintage). Extraction by pumping over and punching down. The wine is then aged for 12-14 months in oak barrels (10% new).

This wine has an intense and deep ruby ​​color. A nose rich in ripe and stewed fruit aromas (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry) A very powerful and rich wine on the palate whose dense and tight tannins give the wine great length.
