(Portugal) This is a Methode Champenoise rose, early picked and biodynamically farmed by Filipa Pato. The nose shows a pop of raspberry with light wild strawberry and cream. The color is deep with moderate acid and a flavor set of spice, boysenberry, and raspberry. - D&M TASTING NOTES
