Choose your granulometry and that’s it. Your beans are freshly ground for your Espresso, Moka or Filter. By turning the ring nut, the display comes alive. There, you can check the selected mode and fine-tune your coffee.

A new high-performance grinder for domestic use as well as the speciality coffee world. This coffee grinder is versatile and easy to use to ensure maximum yield and enhancement of the aromatic notes of the coffee, thanks to the instant grinding tailored for espresso, filter, and moka pot.

The AllGround is optimized for use with Espresso, Filter brewing methods and Moka pots (Stovetop espresso). The stepless grind adjustment system sectioned offering several finer adjustments in between each. A smart display in the front of the machine automatically identifies your grind size selection and can be used to control timed dosing.

AllGround’s burrs are designed and internally produced by Fiorenzato, and engineered to offer maximum performance for every granulometry. Burrs made with M340 steel, 64 mm in diameter, with titanium coating. Long lasting and state-of-the-art, for up to 1.400 kg of coffee.

Rotating Ring Nut

Soft to the touch, easy to turn and precise as a bezel watch divided into 3 areas: Espresso, Moka Pot and Filter. At the end of each stroke, the easy to open button is activated, which allows you to open and quickly clean the grinding chamber.

64mm Titanium Coated Burrs

AllGround burrs are made of M340 steel, a material created as a food grade application. They are 64mm in diameter, with titanium coating - to ensure a long life. These burrs can grind up to 1400 kg of coffee before needing to be replaced (That 's over 105 years at the rate of 2 cups per day). Thanks to the geometry, and the inclinations specifically designed by the R&D team for AllGround, each type of grinding expresses the maximum performance and aroma.
