Enticing aromas of apple custard, buttermilk panna cotta, and fresh-cut hay swirl from the glass, with whispers of minerality and warm vanilla just behind. In the mouth, notes of ripe apple and golden pear surge to the forefront, brightened by gentle lemon acidity and the tangy freshness of peach and nectarine on the midpalate.
