The vineyards sit close to the Pacific Ocean, giving the wine a refreshing cool-climate character. Flowers focuses on producing high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that truly reflect the coastal terroir.

The wine is beautifully balanced, offering bright acidity and just a touch of oak, often drawing comparisons to fine white Burgundy. Its flavor profile includes vibrant notes of lemon, lime zest, pomelo, and yuzu, along with hints of apple, pear, and white flowers, finishing with a subtle chalky minerality.
