Fonseca 20-Year-Old Tawny Port (750Ml)

Fonseca is one of the most respected Port wine producers, known for its rich, fruity, and full-bodied style. This 20-Year-Old Aged Tawny Port is matured in wooden barrels, where it slowly develops deep flavors and a warm golden-brown color. The term “20-Year-Old” means it’s a blend of wines that average around two decades in age, offering the perfect balance of maturity and freshness.

Produced in Portugal’s Douro Valley, the only region allowed to make true Port wine, this blend features classic Portuguese grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz. The wine is aged in small oak barrels, known as “pipes,” in Fonseca’s historic cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.

It has a smooth and complex flavor, with notes of nuts, dried fruits, caramel, butterscotch, and warm spices like cinnamon and vanilla. Unlike Vintage Port, it’s ready to enjoy once bottled and doesn’t need extra aging.

Fonseca 20-Year Tawny Port comes in a standard 750ml bottle and typically has an alcohol content between 19% and 20%. Best served slightly chilled, it pairs beautifully with nutty or caramel desserts and aged cheeses. Once opened, it stays fresh for several weeks if stored properly.
