This will be the 11th Edición Regional release for Canada, though the first in approximately 7 and a half years.
The Fonseca Du Nord is a robusto extra measuring 5 1/2 inches (140mm) x 52. It’s the same vitola as the Cohiba Genios, the H. Upmann Connossieur A and a handful of other Edición Regional releases.
The production of this cigar is limited to 6,000 boxes of 10 cigars, a total run of 60,000 cigars. While images of the cigars in their standard banding have been released, they will be required to comply with Canada’s plain packaging standards.
