A 19 year aged single blended rum, distilled in both the copper Double-Retort Pot Still and the Continuous Twin Column Coffey Still of Foursquare. The oldest release from Foursquare to date, it acts as both the culmination and conclusion to the series as we know it.
AROMA
Bright notes of grapefruit and caramelized orange give way into toffee, nougat, butterscotch and brown butter - all with an undertone of rich leather, tobacco, berries, and a bouquet of tropical fruits.
PALATE
Incredibly well integrated. Extremely mellow for its 114 proof bottling. Each layer of flavor seems to roll right into the next with subtle and soft transitions.
FINISH
Finishes with rich and unctuous mouthfeel that from the first sip to last beckons you back for another. A truly exceptional conclusion to this range of rums from Foursquare.
