• Blend of pot and column rums distilled from molasses by Foursquare Master Distiller & Master Blender Richard Seale
• Distilled in a double-retort copper pot still and twin Coffey column still
• Aged 14 years on-site in Barbados; aged 5 years in ex–bourbon barrels and then transferred into ex–Black Muscat wine casks for 9 years
• Vanilla, tangerine, and baking spice on the nose transition to a bold and savory palate of salted caramel, miso, toffee, enoki mushroom, and brown butter with leather, cedar, and honey on the finish
