Commercial Description:
Hazy India Pale Ale
Many years ago on a continent far far away, Fremont and Great Notion united in a noble pursuit to bring the light of Pacific Northwest Beer to the dark corners of the world. Thereafter joining forces, they returned home and resolved to brew a beer in celebration of newfound friends and beer explorers. Three years later they did it again.
In honor of this moment, and several we can’t disclose, please enjoy Mr. Sun, a delightfully hazy IPA. “Politeness is the poison of collaboration.” – VWP
Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Lyon Pilsner, White Wheat, Malted Oats, and Rolled Oats with
Cashmere, Idaho 7, El Dorado, Talus, and Sorachi Ace hops.
Color: Hazy light orange
Aroma: Mango and other tropicals with orange and melon followed by stone fruit and sweet aromatics with floral and woody aromas
Flavor: Lightly sweet and mildly bitter with light lingering sweetness and bitterness with medium body and carbonation and moderate warming
