Where every other G4 expression ferments in stainless steel tanks and uses a 50/50 blend of rainwater and mountain spring water, De Madera ferments exclusively in 100% pine wood tanks — the wood imparting subtle earthy and resinous notes that stainless steel can never produce — and uses deep well water exclusively, adding a unique mineral depth and complexity found nowhere else in the G4 lineup. Released annually in limited numbered lots since 2022, each hand-numbered bottle is a collector's item and a genuine experiment in agave terroir expression.
