For exceptional versatility, this model features a 36" manual griddle top! It has a durable 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with a 23" surface depth. The manual, hi/lo, griddle controls are great for the operator who enjoys cooking by feel. This unit features one 18,000 BTU cast iron "H" style burner with an independent control knob for each 12" of griddle width.

For your low volume baking and warming needs, this unit comes with a standard oven base. It features a robust "H" style cast iron burner and a nickel-plated oven rack with a 3-position removable guide. Plus, its porcelain bottom and door liner makes cleanup a snap, and its 26 1/4" width fits standard sheet pans in both directions. The oven features an easy-to-modulate snap action oven thermostat with a temperature range from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This wide temperature range with precision adjustment means you can use the oven for holding, as well!

Designed to make kitchen tasks easier, this range features a large, 27" deep work surface that is designed for more capacity. Plus, it has a 5" front plate rail that gives you a cool place to set tools and also prevents burns if employees brush against the front of the range.
