This exquisite bourbon spent four years aging in new white American oak barrels, followed by an additional four years resting in rare French Limousin oak casks—a first in bourbon history.

An Ode to Limousin Oak

Our Master Distiller, Donnis Todd, carefully selected the finest barrels back in 2014—25-gallon Kelvin Cooperage casks originally filled with 114-proof white dog. These were chosen for their unique creamy notes of white chocolate, vanilla bean, hazelnut, brown sugar, and mocha. The finishing in Limousin oak, renowned for its tight grain and elegant character, brings forth an unparalleled flavor experience: woody vanilla, sweet candy cacao, and thick white chocolate.

A complex, dessert-like bourbon with incredible depth:

Nose: Intense A&W Root Beer and Dublin Dr Pepper

Palate: Layers of vanilla bean, hazelnut, saltwater taffy, and Hershey’s Kisses

Finish: A silky, “adults-only” Almond Joy finale with frosty white chocolate and almond butter smoothness
