This Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted in small batches by Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas, right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Founded in 2006, Garrison Brothers holds the honor of being Texas’s first legal whiskey distillery. Every step of the process—from milling and cooking to distilling, barreling, and aging—is done on-site, making it a true “Grain-to-Glass” bourbon.

This is a Wheated Bourbon made with premium corn, soft red winter wheat, and two-row barley. The corn used is #1 food-grade white corn, sourced from local Texas farms, adding a touch of regional authenticity. Bottled at 94 Proof (47% ABV), it delivers a bold, full-bodied taste. The bourbon is aged for at least three years in new American white oak barrels, maturing under the hot Texas sun, which enhances its depth and character.

The aroma offers notes of apple, honey, floral tones, leather, and cinnamon, while the flavor is rich and layered with hints of orange candy, pound cake, sugar cookies, and smoky spice. The finish is long, smooth, and warm, featuring touches of smoky caramel apple, walnuts, and cinnamon.
