The GE In-Line Water Filtration System provides filtered ice and water for refrigerators without built-in filtration systems. This easy to install system simply attaches directly to your existing refrigerator/icemaker water line with a twist and lock design that requires no tools. This water filtration system reduces lead, select pharmaceuticals, select VOCs, cysts, chlorine taste and odor and other contaminants. The filter (FQK1K) should be replaces at most every six months for best filtration results.
