Glen Grant 30 Year Old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. To commemorate the 60th Anniversary of Douglas Laing, the specialist whisky blenders and bottlers. A series of single cask bottlings to celebrate each of the firms six decades.
For October 2009: 30 year old Glen Grant from a sherry butt and finished in a brandy cask presented in a special gold embossed wooden box. The bottle and packaging are simply stunning. 282 numbered bottles.
Glen Grant Distillery is a Speyside malt whisky distillery situated in Rothes. Established in 1840 by brothers James and John Grant, the business prospered and in 1897 Glen Grant No. 2 distillery was established across the road in order to meet the high demand for Glen Grant whisky. During the late nineteenth century a Victorian garden was laid out in the valley behind the distillery and is now open to distillery visitors. Glen Grant Distillery has a visitor centre and offers distillery tours. Glen Grant Distillery participates in the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival.
