This 16-year-old Glenlossie 2009 is a rare single cask release from The Alistair Walker Whisky Company’s Infrequent Flyers range. Distilled in Speyside and finished for over 17 months in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, it was bottled in 2025 at natural cask strength (54.7% ABV) without chill filtration or colouring. Drawn from Cask No. 9096 with a limited outturn of 354 bottles, this is a bold and flavourful expression from a distillery whose spirit is rarely seen outside blends.
