Gold Bar Double Cask Bourbon is bold and distinctive, with balanced layers of smoke, spicy rye, and creamy fruit. Distilled from a mash bill of 20% Oklahoma Rye and 80%  Texas Corn, this double cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is first matured in American Oak for 3-6 years, then cask finished in Napa Valley French Oak wine barrels resulting in a unique, smooth, and complex flavor.

Notes features maple, toffee and caramel layered with spicy rye and vanilla. The palate is bold spicy rye with toasted cinnamon and rich tobacco before settling into a soft buttery finish with mellow cherry and sweet fruits.
