Celebrate the Year of the Snake with the exquisite Limited Edition Gold Bar Whiskey, featuring a luxurious bottle and gift bag designed by Robin Zhao. This release blends art, tradition, and exceptional craftsmanship to honor cultural heritage. Key design elements include:

  • Pre-dragon form: Symbolizing fortune, success, elegance, and good luck in business.
  • Ancient Chinese architecture: Representing harmony between heaven and earth, joy, and loyalty.
  • Plum blossoms and peonies: Signifying wealth, hope, happiness, and prosperity.
  • Traditional gold coins: Embodying wealth, auspiciousness, and unity.

The whiskey is crafted with a mash bill of 88% corn, 9% rye, and 3% barley, ensuring a rich, smooth taste. Distilled by Montgomery Paulsen, a second-generation Napa Valley winemaker, this expression is award-winning, having earned both Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Best in Show at the Denver International Spirits Competition.

Signature Cocktail: Golden Mule

  • 2 oz Gold Bar Whiskey
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 4 to 6 oz ginger beer
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or mint

Enjoy this elegant cocktail to toast the Lunar New Year or any special occasion!

About Robin Zhao

When Robin and her father arrived in SF, he got a job building the floats and Robin grew up helping paint and decorate the floats alongside her biological family, and the other artists who would grow to become her second family.
