-new guat alert!! another huehuetenango, this time of a higher grade. lovely bean, big dark chocolate flavor volume like you'd expect from a good Guatemala, and this coffee has a great story

-certified organic and fair trade, from the "Guaya'B Asociacion Civil," a cooperative of 54 farmers.  This coffee is also certified Bird Friendly!

-deep rich chocolatey flavors, with hints of amaretto, and some sweet

citrusy notes on the back-end

-I usually like to push the Guatemalas to a medium-dark, however as I move through this current stock, I will try is as more of a straight medium, since it is a very clean coffee

-works great as drip or espresso.  brewing recommendation: for any drip method, try going finer with the grind until the flavor becomes too bitter or tannic, and then back off one notch
