Haku Vodka is a premium Japanese craft vodka created by the famous House of Suntory, known for its dedication to traditional craftsmanship. Made from 100% Japanese white rice, known as Hakumai, it offers a clean, smooth, and elegant flavor. The vodka is uniquely filtered through bamboo charcoal, a special Suntory method inspired by ancient Japanese water purification techniques. This process gives Haku its soft, silky, and mellow finish that sets it apart from other vodkas.

The name “Haku” means “white” in Japanese, representing both the pure white rice used and the vodka’s bright, refined character. With 40% ABV (80 proof) and available in a 750ml bottle, it delivers the perfect balance of strength and smoothness. Haku Vodka has a light, sweet, and floral aroma of rice, followed by a rich yet gentle taste with natural rice sweetness.

The spirit is first distilled in Kagoshima, Kyushu—an area famous for rice spirits—and then refined and filtered at Suntory’s Liqueur Atelier in Osaka. Its multi-step distillation process uses both pot and column stills, creating an exceptionally smooth texture with almost no burn.
