Aroma: Sweet and inviting with toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, and custard leading the way. Sweet dark cherries, butterscotch, and vanilla are prominent. Subtle notes of burnt caramel, milk chocolate, a touch of tart orange, and light cedar add complexity. Relatively mild alcohol vapor despite the 100 proof, showcasing excellent balance. The wheat provides a softer, sweeter aromatic profile compared to high-rye bourbons.

Palate: Rich confectionary flavors dominate with s'mores, toasted almond, and candied fruit creating a dessert-like experience. Butterscotch and sweet caramel are complemented by cherries, subtle burnt caramel, medium-dark milk chocolate, and light dry oak.
