Previous Heritage Collection releases have included the 17-year, 21-year, and 22-year at different proof points across the program’s history. The 2026 release at 22 years continues this tradition of presenting the deepest available aged Heaven Hill bourbon in extremely limited quantities.

At 22 years, the Heritage Collection draws on spirit distilled approximately 2003–2004 — the post-fire rebuild era of Heaven Hill production following the catastrophic 1996 fire that destroyed the original distillery and over 90,000 barrels of aging bourbon. The 22-year Heritage Collection expressions are among the first post-rebuild era Heaven Hill bourbons to reach full ultra-aged maturity.
