Hennessy Cognac Paradis combines the experience and aptitude of a great cognac house in a blend of ancient eaux de vie to produce a cognac that richly deserves its name and will take you close to Paradise indeed. Started in 1765 by an Irish mercenary for the French king, Hennessy has become one of the foremost makers of cognac under the eight generations of Hennessys that have shepherded the house down through the centuries. Hennessy Cognac Paradis is a blend of more than 100 exceptional eaux de vie ranging in age from 25 years to 100 years. The result is a harmony of floral notes redolent of truffles, honey, flowers and cardamom and cinnamon that transfigure to dried roses and sweet briar rose jam with time.

Possessed of rich successive aromas that only a great Cognac can obtain, Paradis reveals its delicate and velvety character, hinting at the silky texture that will follow. Its subtle texture allows it to gracefully blossom with a deep and fragrant persistence.

Paradis is named after the special section in the Hennessy aging cellars where the finest, rarest, and oldest eaux-de-vie are carefully guarded. Created in 1979, the blend was conceived to be superlative yet subtle, making some of Hennessy’s most precious spirits widely available for the first time.
