Hennessy Paradis is an ultra-luxury cognac created from hundreds of rare eaux-de-vie, some aged for decades in old French oak barrels. The blend is known for its supple, silky texture and notes of dried fruit, rose, honey, and spice. Maison Hennessy, founded in 1765, is based in Cognac, France, where the chalk-rich soil produces Ugni Blanc grapes ideal for distillation. Paradis is crafted from eaux-de-vie stored in the founder's cellars, including some of the maison's oldest barrels. The LNY 2026 limited edition features custom artwork honoring the Year of the Horse and is a highly collectible expression.
