Hennessy Privilège Refik Anadol is a limited-edition artist collaboration pairing Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac with a bottle design by media artist Refik Anadol — a data-driven visual translation of the V.S.O.P tasting experience, rendered as swirls of color, texture, and light using brainwave and biometric data captured from the Hennessy Tasting Committee.
For this release, Hennessy and Anadol used AI and machine-learning techniques to analyze tasting-committee members’ sensory responses to V.S.O.P eaux-de-vie, then translated the resulting data into a visual sculpture that wraps the bottle. The cognac inside is the standard V.S.O.P Privilège — a well-balanced blend that expresses Hennessy’s house style.
