12 YEAR: "Fresh, clean and floral on the nose, with heathered honey and a touch of citrus. Sweet and spicy on the palate, with toasty notes of burnt orange, jasmine and fruitcake. A long finish with peppery spice, woody notes and orange zest, and the subtle, aromatic kick of smoke that you only get from Orkney heathered peat.”

CASK STRENGTH: “Pear, almond cake, toasted oak, liquorice, cracked black pepper and peat”

15 YEAR: "Lively, bright and always surprising. Fresh, floral and spicy on nose, leading to warm vanilla, pineapple and zesty citrus on the palate. The finish is mellow, with delicate vanilla, toasty spice and a gentle hit of aromatic smoke from our Orkney heathered peat.”
