HIRSCH The Single Barrel Double Oak aged 9 years. On of the last Hirsch Bourbon barrels that were sourced and aged at secret unknown Kentucky Distillery that is well known and well sought out . This single mashbill bourbon whiskey is comprised of 72% Corn, 13% Rye, 15% Malted Barley and is maple sweet on the nose, with layers of caramel, fig, and tobacco, all held together by a soft oak presence. On the palate, you get baking spice, vanilla, and caramel.
