Humano Tequila Añejo is a highland Jalisco añejo made from 100% Blue Weber agave and matured roughly twelve months in a double-barrel program of new American oak and ex-bourbon casks.

Humano is among the few producers with single-estate control from field to glass, drawing agave grown across the company's ranch in the Highlands of Jalisco. Hand-harvested by jimadores, the agave is cooked in a combination of autoclave and brick ovens, milled on a roller mill, fermented in closed stainless steel tanks with proprietary yeast, and double distilled.

The extended barrel time gives this añejo a burnished gold color and a layered, wood-driven profile while preserving the citrus-forward agave character at its core.
