Grown at an elevation of 2050 meters, the 74-110 and 74-112 varieties thrive in the region’s fertile soils and unique microclimate, developing a fruit-forward, complex flavor profile. Rooted in sustainable agroforestry, these farmers integrate coffee plants with native flora, fostering biodiversity while naturally enhancing soil health and disease resistance - minimizing the need for chemical inputs. After harvest, the cherries undergo meticulous sun-drying at the renowned Kontama Mill, preserving their vibrant sweetness and lively acidity.
