100% Kona Whole Bean Coffee is estate grown in the Kona region on the west coast of Hawaii, in a farm that has been growing Kona coffee for over 100 years. Konas sunny mornings and cloudy afternoons provide the perfect climate the coffee plant prefers. That along with rich volcanic soil, and the amazing amount of hand labour and care help produce one of the smoothest premium coffees in the world.

We small batch roast our One Point Twenty One Coffee  Kona out of ECS Coffee in Burlington, Ontario. We're all about great coffee, from carefully selected beans to our sustainable & precise roast methods. We use a Bellwether coffee roaster to produce a consistent roast that brings out the tasting notes in each coffee. Our roaster uses clean technology that produces zero emissions, eliminating roast processes that harm our environment and planet.

The I.XXI coffee journey:

• Green beans are carefully sourced from some of our favourite coffee growing regions around the globe.
• Once they arrive, the blends & roasts are tested & created here in Ontario. Then they are roasted here in Oakville & Toronto, Ontario.
  
• Our roasted coffee is then packed and packaged in bags produced here in Burlington, Ontario.
• It is then sold in-store at all ECS Coffee locations, as well as online to be delivered to customers all across Canada!
