Jefferson's Straight Bourbon (750Ml)

Jefferson’s Straight Bourbon is a small‑batch Kentucky whiskey. The mash bill is worth noting, with a high‑corn mash bill with rye and malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills and aged in #4 char American oak barrels. Certain batches go through a secondary finishing in sherry casks or even maritime aging aboard ships, where temperature swings and ocean air accelerate extraction and ester formation. 

If you think all that effort goes to waste, think again. First thing you'll notice is a rich aroma with brown sugar, vanilla, peach, and toasted grain notes. The palate delivers caramel, honey, citrus, and soft oak spice. The texture is light‑to‑medium, smooth, and very approachable. Honey, peach, and gentle oak finish. Serve neat, with a splash of water to open up its orchard fruit notes - though cocktails are more than welcome.
