Kane Brewing Riomaggiore 4Pk

Riomaggiore, our 5.2% Italian-style Pilsner, is brewed with a simple malt bill consisting of Eraclea malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast. Riomaggiore was kettle-hopped with Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh from Seitz Farms in Germany, fermented cold, gently dry-hopped with more Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh. Riomaggiore was spunded prior to dry-hopping then lagered for eight weeks for packaging.Riomaggiore is an extremely drinkable, crisp pilsner with notes of honey, lemon, and floral noble hop character, inspired by a summer spent on the Italian coast.
