As part of Kilchoman’s 20th Anniversary Cask Series, this 15-year-old single malt is a rare, deeply sherried expression crafted from five Oloroso sherry butts filled in 2008 and 2009. Personally selected by Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills, the whisky was matured entirely on Islay and bottled in April 2025. The influence of the Oloroso casks is profound—offering rich depth and complexity, while Kilchoman’s classic coastal peat brings structure and balance. This limited edition is non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength, maintaining its natural color and bold character.
