King of Kentucky 17 is the 2025 release of Brown-Forman’s highly coveted single barrel bourbon. Distilled from a mashbill of 79% corn, 11% rye, and 10% malted barley, it was aged for 17 years in carefully selected barrels from Warehouse J and Warehouse G. Bottled at cask strength between 124.4 and 135 proof, only about 5,000 bottles were produced, making it one of the rarest and most collectible bourbons of the year. With its deep mahogany color and rich heritage dating back to 1881, this release continues the brand’s tradition of crafting bold, complex whiskeys that appeal to both collectors and connoisseurs.
