Komagatake Shinanotanpopo Single Malt Whisky

Shinanotampopo translates as Alpine Dandelion, and is the focus of the third bottling in the Nature Series from Mars Shinshu. This single malt is inspired by the seasons and the plants that grow around the distillery, such as this dandelion that blossoms in the Nagano Alps. Blending both new make single malt aged 3-6 years and older single malt aged between 20 and 30 years, this exquisite selection is light and elegant on the palate, exhibiting a touch of honey and heather on the nose with black tea and apple leather on the finish.
