Tasting Notes

Intense brilliant straw yellow in color. On the nose, multi-layered with aromas of ripe apricot and yellow apple, slightly exotic with green mango and light honey notes in the background. Powerful, dry structure, minerally, with salty notes and a pleasant acidity, juicy and stimulating with a long and persistent finish.

Pair with Risotto with ceps, roast rabbit, eggplant parmesan.
