The palate delivers lively acidity with flavors of pithy Meyer lemon, white flowers, grilled brioche and pineapple sage, with a lovely salty grip at the finish. Delicious now, this will show beautifully for at least a decade.”

Kosta Browne's One Sixteen Chardonnay draws from premier vineyards in some of the coolest parts of the Russian River Valley, where marine influence from the Pacific Coast keeps nights cool and allows fruit to mature gracefully on the vine. Individual pressed lots underwent 100% native primary and malolactic fermentations, adding profound depth and length to a wine that celebrates the unique terroir of this celebrated appellation.

On the nose, intricately woven aromas of citrus, lavender, and crème brûlée. The palate is round yet precisely structured, with captivating acidity and notes of kiwi, Meyer lemon, and baking spice carrying through to a refined, lingering finish.
