KYT TT Revo Overtech Helmet

TT REVO, the KYT full-face motorcycle helmet, its captivating and extreme shapes have been studied in a wind tunnel to achieve the best performance without neglecting style and ergonomics. The visor mechanism has been designed to offer practicality and efficiency. Inner liner have been optimized to offer the best performance comfort, and airflow. In collaboration with aeronautics engineers, special software, and wind tunnel testing gave life to this innovative helmet: strong, comfortable, and performing.

Specification

Shell
Shell is made in three sizes (S, M, & L), ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes.

Protective Polystyrene
Internal polystyrene is realized in three sizes (XS, M, and L) to obtain better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact. Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is determinant for the absorption of the residual energy.

Visor
The visor is made of polycarbonate, with anti-scratch treatment. The new system of hooks to the helmet and allows the visor removal without tools. TT REVO has a lock system to fix the visor during the riding in the close position. TT REVO is Pinlock compatible.

Ventilation
Special channelings on the polystyrene liner, provide optimal ventilation into the helmet, and a quick exhaust of hot air. TT REVO has five air intakes on the front and four air extractors under the aerodynamics spoiler.

Inners
They are made of soft breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers, that offer a high sweat absorption and keep fresh and dry. The cheek pads are easily removable, there are available cheek pads with different thicknesses.

Retention System
The retention system is equipped with a DD ring. It is compatible with micrometric add-ons.
