OVERVIEW: “Montlouis-sur-Loire is a great terroir, and Chenin Blanc enhances it beautifully. Clef de Sol sounds like a tribute to this duo, capable of leading us towards the purity of the mineral. 100% Chenin blanc from vines ranging from 80-110 years old grown on clay & limestone. Aging potential: 5-10 years.”

TASTING: “Beautiful pale golden yellow. Notes of honeysuckle with pear and lime. Dry on the palate with just a hint of sweetness, finishes beautifully with white fruit, stoney minerality and acidity to balance…(pair with) white meat, fish or seafood dish, a cheese or charcuterie platter.”
