The agave is traditionally roasted in a stone-lined earthen oven, hand-milled, naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double distilled in a traditional Filipino-style still. Bottled at 48.51% ABV (97.02 Proof), it offers earthy agave character, gentle smoke, and a smooth, well-balanced finish that highlights the craftsmanship of Michoacán mezcal traditions.
