Bicuishe (Agave karwinskii subspecies) is a tall, stalk-like wild agave in the karwinskii family — prized for the bright, elegant, and mineral mezcal it produces.
Karwinskii varietals like Bicuishe, Madrecuishe, and Cuishe are increasingly important in the artisanal mezcal renaissance, with the wild-harvested plants producing more concentrated and structurally complex spirits than cultivated Espadin.
