León y Sol Reposado Tequila is produced at NOM 1499 in Los Altos de Jalisco, the highland region of Mexico known for its mineral-rich red clay soils and cooler temperatures that shape a distinctive agave character. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, it rests approximately four months in oak barrels, gaining warmth and color while preserving the inherent brightness of highland agave. The expression is certified non-GMO, Kosher, and gluten-free, and entered the market in 2024.

The nose opens with cooked agave, vanilla, and light caramel, lifted by the floral, mineral quality that marks Los Altos sourcing. On the palate, sweet agave and caramel lead, followed by soft baking spice and a hint of dried fruit, with the oak rest providing gentle structure without overshadowing the agave foundation.
