Description: Listoke Distillery is now the largest gin distillery in Ireland, home to the biggest gin still, an iStill 2000 pro. Its flagship gin, Listoke 1777, is a multi-award-winning spirit that has gained global acclaim for its outstanding flavor and quality. As demand for Listoke 1777 Gin has grown, the distillery has had to expand and has recently moved to a new location, the Listoke Gin House, which was designed specifically for gin production and education. The gin house is located in the village of Tenure, Monasterboice in the heart of the Boyne Valley in Co Louth. At Listoke Distillery, we are able to produce small batches of 50 liters, as well as larger batches of 400 liters or 1600 liters, giving us the flexibility to craft the best gins in Ireland. Each bottle of Listoke 1777 premium Irish gin is labeled, bottled, and sealed by hand at the Listoke Gin House.

 

Tasting Notes: Listoke 1777 Gin has a robust and well-rounded flavor with a bold taste. The aroma of jasmine flowers is prominent on the nose, while juniper and citrus notes are present throughout the entire tasting experience. Cardamom and rowan berries add a perfect amount of spice and heat that lingers long after the last sip. This gin can be enjoyed neat or with ice and a simple peel of orange skin, and it is also well-suited for sipping with a premium tonic and a peel of orange. It also stands up well in classic gin cocktails such as a White Lady, Negroni, and Italian Gin Fizz.
