Anejo is patiently aged to deepen the journey that began with Blanco and Reposado. Time in French and American oak brings forward warm aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel layered over the cooked agave core. On the palate the agave remains present, joined by notes of dried fruit, baking spice, and soft cocoa. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering oak sweetness and gentle spice that showcase the maturity and balance of the Highland agaves.
