Batch #2 is bottled at a commanding 114 Proof (57% ABV) straight from a combination of refill bourbon and refill Pinot Noir casks, non-chill filtered and free of added coloring. The Pinot Noir influence adds a subtle red fruit complexity that sets this expression apart from classic peated Scotch, weaving dark berry notes through the smoke and maritime character that define the Longrow style.

Nose: Medicinal peat smoke opens the glass, followed by redcurrant, lemon zest, sea salt, and a hint of vanilla from the bourbon cask maturation. Bold and inviting.
