Macallan The Harmony Collection Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea 43.9%

Another great The Harmony Collection Macallan release here. This bottling was inspired by JING’S  Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea. A delicious tea with aromas of dessert wine and exotic fruit notes. 

This delectable whisky was matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks. There’s also a small inclusion ex-bourbon casks to add a final sweetness emulating the dessert wine notes coming from the tea. Aromas of apricot, honey and peach lead to a palate brimming with sweet stone fruits. 

The presentation box for this release is crafted from waste tea leaves.
