Always in the desire to compare the impact of the different climates of Japan on the aging of whisky, Mars Whisky presents a new version of its single malt Komagatake distilled in Shinshu in the heart of the Japanese Alps and aged on the island of Yakushima with a very particular.
Thanks to a humidity level of 75% on the island, giving the single malt new aromas, Mars Komagatake Yakushima Aging 2020 reveals a complex nose with orange notes. In the mouth, it is the vanilla cream and a sweet peat that take the upper hand to end in a long and intense finish.
