Maryland is a smoother and less spicey whiskey that is traditionally made of many different combinations of grains but always predominantly with Rye. Our mash bill adheres to the historic roots of this whiskey and has notes of oak and dried fruit while the sweetness of the corn is found in the back of your palate. The caramel color is less red that its purer PA cousin but seems sweeter in the nose and delights even the average whiskey drinker.
